Concentrate production line:

With the consideration of vast varieties and high quality of the fruits in the region, enjoying very advanced technology and skillful manpower, Dasht Neshat Co. is proud of his very high quality juice concentrates of many fruits such as apple, pomegranate, grape, strawberry, sour cherry and etc.

Production lines of concentrate, has been imported from Bucher Guyer of Switzerland with three special HPX 5005 i presses each capable of 10 tons of fruit per hour.

Process:

Incoming fruits to the plants after being weighed and approved by quality control department are unloaded into special silos.

Water under a high pressure, washes the fruits and conveys them to the sorting tables through elevators. After well–trained laborers separate the lower–quality fruits, a grinder starts operation.

To promote the efficiency, special enzymes are added to the product in this stage.

After enzyme effects, the juice extraction will take over by the three presses. Again under some enzyme treatments, and lab controls, the juice without pectin and starch will pass through a very modern ultra filtration system for final fining and increasing juice clarity.

The clear juice will be sent to the multiple effect evaporator for concentration.

Finally after obtaining the expected brix, the concentrate can be either transferred directly to stainless steel silo tanks in cold storages or filled in special depending customers demands and then transferred to the cold storages.
