Dashte Neshat Factory In Shiraz   Introduction Since the major objective behind Dasht Neshat Company is winning the strong and continuous presence in the international markets, efforts have been under way to install the best machineries and employ the state-of-the-art technological savvy for generating the best products. But, it is very clear that machinery is not the only decisive factor for high-quality products and rather the quality of raw materials are more significant than the machinery. Finally, these two parameters are believed to be the most influential in producing high-quality products that could be supplied on the international markets. Hopefully, this aim was implemented by opting for the southern Fars province as the venue for the factory. Consequently, Dasht Neshat has achieved a deserving fame in the international markets thanks to its high-quality raw materials. To complete our production cycle, we have turned the spotlight on recruitment of experts and high precision in opting for the most proper raw materials brought into the factory.   Location of the Factory The factory is located in Fars Province, some 25 kilometers north of Shiraz.  The reason behind such an option was high potentials and proper quality of lands for raising agricultural products in this province.   Physical Specification of the Factory ● The factory is founded on 17 hectares of land ● Concentrate and puree-producing section is located on 1,400-square-meter hall ●  Silos for stockpiling apples on 720 square meters of land ●  Tomato paste- producing section and ketchup & juice filler in a 1,400 square meter hall ●  Tomato stockpiling structures on 700 square meters of land ●  Installation of tomato paste operator and cooling towers on 500 square meters of land ●   General structures of the factory on 720 square meters ●  Water supply and water reservoirs with a volume of 300 cubic   meters under ground and 150 cubic meters on the ground ●  Four semi-deep wells ●  Administrative section on 250 square meters of land ●  Welfare and service-providing section on 500 square meters of land ●   Equipped lab for conducting necessary physical, chemical and microbiological tests on 150 square meters ●  Electricity structures on 300 square meters ●   Repairs center equipped with machinery for fixing the production line   General Structures of the Factory ● Three steam boilers with a total capacity of 108000 Ib per hour with a working pressure of 13 Bars ●  Three air compressors with a total capacity of 130 cubic meters per hour with a working pressure of 10 Bars and with a capacity of producing oil free air ●  Autoclave hot water boiler with capacity of 1,500,000 kilo-calories per hour ●  Three generators with a total production capacity of 23000 kilowatt (2.3 megawatt) ●  Three ground water reservoirs with 300-cubic-meter capacity ●  Two air water reservoirs with 15-cubic-meter capacity ●  Sewerage refinery system with a capacity of 5000 square meters ●  Fuel reservoirs with a capacity of 1000 cubic meters ●  Two megawatt Urban power   Stores And Cold Storages Dasht Neshat factory has three stores and three cold storages. ●Stores Store for products with a capacity of 1,500 tons Store for spare parts Store for raw materials and packaging ●Cold storages 3000 ton Cold Storage equipped with tanks   500 ton  4oc Cold Storage 500 ton - 18oc Cold Storage   Quality Control Unit (Lab) Besides the modern machinery installed in Dasht Neshat factory which is working as its heart and in addition to well-experienced engineers and technicians who are incessantly making plans for reaching the objectives of the company, the factory is equipped with specialized laboratories accommodating the best and most modern equipment made by Italy and Switzerland.
