Juice and nectar production line (nona):

This line has been purchased from VOLPACK, a well known Spanish manufacturer of food machinery.

The line was established in the year 2003 by a joint work of our technical staff and Spanish experts.

Through its very advance technology, this line can simultaneously produce and pack different fruit juice such as apple juice, grape juice, orange, sour cherry, carrot, strawberry, pomegranate, mixed nectars , and also tomato paste and ketchup in 100gr, 250gr, 500gr, and 1000gr pouches with or without spout (cap).

Process:

According to the formula submitted by quality control department, raw materials such as concentrate or puree of fruits, sugar, water and permitted food level acids, are transferred to the stainless steel tanks and the juice is made.

After passing sheet filters, the juice enters a pasteurizator machine and become pasteurized under a proper temperature and conveyed to the filler to fill hotly in stand pouches called “DOYPACK”.

After the pouches are capped, they become cool in a pool of cold water.

Finally, the pouches are packed inside carton boxes and taken to the warehouse.
