Production Line
Control (PLC) :
This factory is equipped
with the most advanced computerized and intelligent
systems for controlling all stages of production of
concentrates and tomato paste. Although all sections
operate automatically , each section has its own control
system for further precision.
The controlling systems installed through the production
lines are interconnected and each section carries out
its job in coordination with other sections. Intelligent
control of the production line means reaching the
highest world standards and minimizing the human error.
The specification of this section is registration of
graph, diagram and also the history of control
completely. Alarms help to reasonable planning for
manufacturing. This section is run by well-trained
operators in two levels. The level-1 operators put into
action the parameters decided by the manager and the
level-2 operators are the production managers who put
into action vital parameters of production. All
parameters are controlled.
Quality Control
Unit (Lab) :
Besides the modern machinery installed in Dasht Neshat
factory which is working as its heart and in addition to
well-experienced engineers and technicians who are
incessantly making plans for reaching the objectives of
the company, the factory is equipped with specialized
laboratories accommodating the best and most modern
equipment made by Italy and Switzerland. By recruiting
well-trained personnel who are closely watching the
whole procedure of the factory. The major goal pursued
by the factory is a strong and daily-growing presence in
the world markets. Therefore the standards defined for Dasht Neshat Factory are of such a nature and in
accordance with international standards. To this effect,
by targeting the markets the factory is focusing its
attention on research and purchase of the best seeds and
varieties for agriculture and gardening. The factory
monitors all stages of cultivation, harvesting, transfer
and discharging. Also, the whole production procedure is
under control through a precise and regular planning and
any change in production is carefully registered and
controlled.
In addition to physical, chemical and biological tests
conducted for precision in the production, the test
panel group of the factory conducts organoleptic tests
under regular schedule and relay the results to the
Research and Development section of the factory.
Eventually, Dasht Neshat would generate products of high
quality. Besides specialized tests for products and
consumption of water conducted for improving the
production process, wastes are regularly tested due to
their role in providing a healthy environment. That is
why the quality control lab in the factory is recognized
as the precise eye of the company.
Raw
Materials
The quality
assurance of our products commences in the stage of
prepairing the raw materials. The raw materials are
decided based on extensive studies conducted on the
genetics, varieties and proper figures calculated for
agricultural products. The raw materials are provided by
cultivation on the farmlands and in the gardens. The
factory may sign agreement with the farmers and
gardeners by submitting know - how, seed, fertilizer and
pesticide . Experts are consistently monitoring various
phases of cultivating and raising products. Such a
control is clearly affecting on the high efficiency of
the factory .
